Stretchable Metal Detectable Nonwoven Splicing Tape DS4885
DS4885 is an extremely stretchable double-sided splice detection tape built on a nonwoven carrier coated with a water-based acrylic adhesive and integrated with aluminium detection strips. The stretchable carrier conforms to the web and lets the splice flex with the material rather than forming a rigid line across it — an advantage on wide-web lines and on substrates that move under tension. The aluminium strips allow inline metal detection, and the solid tape colour provides optical contrast for camera-based systems. Where a line needs both flexibility and reliable splice detection, DS4885 is the tape built for it.
