Closing cartons in low temperature environment (low or below freezing temperatures) with standard hot melt tapes are often less adhesive, making them unsuitable for sealing or closing cartons or bags.
Davik’s R&D Team has developed a special adhesive formula that provides excellent “sealability” in low temperatures and in freezers or deep freeze storage. This formula is solvent free compared to the solvent adhesives that are usually used for this application. This tape allows you to both close the carton in low temperature and to store it in very low temperature.
This tape is fully direct flexographic printable tape with all Siat or equivalent machines.
